Non-imaging Optics is pleased to launch our hot-selling NTS series of high-power split optical lenses for wall washers and flood lights, delivering reliable secondary optics solutions for architectural and outdoor lighting projects.
Fabricated from optical-grade PMMA, these lenses feature high light transmittance and good UV resistance for outdoor applications. They are compatible with popular 3030 and 3535 LED packages. The lens dimension is 21.5 mm × 12.6 mm. A wide selection of beam angles is available: 10°,12°,25°,45°,60°, plus asymmetric rectangular options 10×25° and 10×60°, supporting both symmetric and asymmetric light distribution requirements.
Adopting a split modular design, the lens and holder are separate components. Three types of mounting brackets are offered. PCB footprint drawings are supplied for each variant, helping luminaire makers speed up mechanical design, assembly and maintenance. Every lens is validated by optical simulation and real testing. Corresponding photometric curves are provided, delivering precise beam control, uniform illumination, reduced glare and fewer hotspots.
